Cancellation & Appointment Policy

At SIRENA NYC, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To ensure availability and respect the time of our clients and team, the following policy applies to all appointments:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without a cancellation fee. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Shows

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their appointments. A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be accommodated when the schedule allows. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to provide the service in order to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to an arrival more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will apply.
